These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by PristineCleans Carpet and Upholstery and PristineCleans.
1. Services
We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and related cleaning services for domestic and commercial customers.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer
- Prices may change if the condition or size differs on arrival
- Additional charges may apply for extra work requested
3. Bookings & Access
- Customers must provide safe access to the property
- Water and electricity must be available
- Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card, or bank transfer
- Late payments may incur additional charges
5. Cancellations
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
6. Results & Limitations
- While we aim for excellent results, some stains may be permanent depending on age or fabric type
- We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains or odours
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Move fragile items before cleaning
- Inform us of any special fabric or damage concerns
- Ensure pets and children are kept away during cleaning
8. Liability
We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Weak or damaged fabrics that react to cleaning
- Items not suitable for professional cleaning
9. Complaints
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can resolve them quickly.
